Al came within the time given and I paid exactly what was quoted, which I really appreciated.
Al was pretty awesome. He not only towed the car but also figured out what was wrong and managed to fix it on the spot. That saved me from having to bring it into a shop just for a diagnosis. I was really happy with the price and especially with Al's attitude. He was very kind, patient, and happy to answer all my questions without making me feel clueless for not knowing much about cars. Overall, a really solid experience.
